As the Downstream Global Product Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of the overall strategy for Onyx liquid embolic and Access portfolio of products within the Hemorrhagic Stroke Franchise and support the success of the fastest growing business unit in Medtronic, serving a several billions market. Use your leadership skills to collaborate with global internal and external stakeholders in order to delight our customers and ensure we address successfully their unmet needs. Leverage your strong product management and downstream marketing capabilities to differentiate and win against competition in order to achieve global financial and business goals.

A Day in the Life

Product launches:

Develop, implement and execute new product launches in your portfolio. Including effective product positioning focusing on customer unmet needs and benefits vs. other products, optimized pricing strategy, targeted launch cascade based on customer segmentation and smart promotion activities.

Set stretch launch goals and financial targets and drive internal motivation and commitment to these targets by providing clear, creative and convincing marketing launch tools and training.

Track launch performance, realign and reinforce messages with regions and improve if needed the marketing plans, to ensure we meet or exceed financial targets.

Regular portfolio management:

Maintain and grow revenue market share of existing products in your portfolio with smart and engaging marketing campaigns to proactively renew positioning based on patients and customers evolving needs, market trends and competitive landscape.

Be the technical, clinical and marketing expert for your portfolio of products and for competitorsí portfolio to provide excellent and timely support to the customers and field with any inquiries.

Marketing team and customer engagement:

Foster positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physician customers, industry luminaries, and other partners to support therapy acceptance, therapy expansion, and safe and effective use of Medtronic neurovascular products.
Support and lead physician meetings related to your portfolio and leverage your customer relationships to incorporate customer input into your marketing plans.
Collaborate closely within global marketing groups - notably US and International marketing teams, and with marketing and sales in the region.
Participate in cross functional teams to ensure collaboration, alignment and full integration of all disciplines required to support successful plan execution and achievement of results

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management or similar, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Nice to Have
Masterís degree/MBA in Business, Marketing or related field
Strong knowledge of the global healthcare and market devices market
