To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.

The Ocean Transportation Analyst will manage the international freight, into the US and Canada, by tracking and tracing freight from port to port. This includes, but not limited to, managing transit times, identifying expedited in-land moves and SLAs. This person is driven and works well in a collaborative setting, keen sense or urgency and pays attention to detail. This person can digest data and solve for the root cause with a solution-based approach.

We are currently looking for two Analysts to join the Nike team.


Track and Trace freight from port to port (ie: Key milestones: departure, arrival at ocean port, arrival to final destination) for top lanes
Identify and escalate exceptions with solutions
Identify Team Truck and Express Rail needs, based on need dates and cost
Update and maintain ETAs
Clear and fact driven communication with carriers and Vendor Management Team

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics or related discipline
2+ years of experience in international logistics, transportation or operations
2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree
Meaningful market knowledge of the Transportation and Logistics Industry

MBA in Supply Chain, International Business, Economics or related discipline
Air or Ocean transportation experience
