Job Description

Main Purpose:

  • Ensure accurate timely processing and maintenance of salaries, records, claims and employee related documents
  • Supporting the Manager in ensuring compliance related to applicable labor law related & statutory obligations
  • Assisting the Manager in maintaining a positive IR environment in the company

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements : Key Skills/Experience Required:
  • Education: MBA/ PGDBM/ MSW (HRM)
  • Functional Experience: Approx 5-6 years of experience
  • Registered Welfare Officer as per Factories Act is a must
  • Language: English, Marathi, Hindi
Experience:
  • At least 3-5 years of plant experience managing frontline and staff through progressive HR interventions
  • Desirable, Proven, experience of at least 3-5 years in the HR function in a manufacturing industry
  • Handling tough Industrial relations scenarios
  • Fluency in English, Marathi, Hindi
Main interactions within & outside organization / External & Internal Environmental Factors :
Key job roles both internally and externally that the job-holder interacts with on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. What is the nature of the interaction? What are the complexities of the environment in which this position exists?
  • Internally - HR Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Quality Manager, Commercial Manager, Plant Head, Agro Manager and all other staff members, almost all operatives as well
  • Externally - Contractors, Govt. officials, Bank officials, Vendors, Head Office HR Dept, etc.
