Here, solutions are combinations of products and services, often consisting of contributions from multiple Philips businesses. The Director Program Management CT/AMI Solutions plays a critical role in programming the solutions roadmap and driving PMO execution of all programs where the Computed Tomography/Advanced Molecular Imaging (CT/AMI) business is contributing to the realization of cross-business value propositions.

You are responsible for:

In collaboration with their marketing and R&D counterparts, the Director Program Management CT/AMI Solutions will form a cross-functional triangle team that is the discussion partner for PD Marketing and Innovation in realization of cross-business value propositions.
Drives solutions portfolio programming and roadmap scenarios.
Builds and maintains the (cross-functional, cross-business) project organization determining the ways of working and defining key interfaces.
Formulates and is accountable for the overall program/project plan, in consultation with management and other parties.
Defines projects and their goals, organizes the resources to be used (time, budget and information) and specifies quality standards
Defines the risk of the project/program and develops scenarios to mitigate these risks.
Ensures proper execution vs the project/program plan.
Deploys Process Improvement, Quality Assurance and ensures the project organization is efficient and transparent, in line with departmental/project processes.
Provides management and stakeholders with regular project/program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions
Reports on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and conducts evaluation at the end of the projects.
Coordinates effective communication/change management strategies for projects/programs as appropriate.
Ensures effective transfer/archiving of the project/program results and the associated intellectual capital.
Keeps up-to-date with E2E business practices, in order to optimize the goals of each project and maximize the synergy between the projects.

You will report to the CT/AMI Global Head of Program Management, who reports to the CT/AMI business leader.
Job qualifications and experience, academic degrees, personal traits...
Minimum of a Master’s degree or comparable work experience. Affinity with technology. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Cross-functional program/project management.
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience at a department leader /Director level.
Enjoying customer interaction to understand unmet needs; Customer-first mindset.
Demonstrated competence/experience forming, organizing, and leading Solutions focused teams from concept through launch.
Demonstrated depth in organizational dynamics and motivating teams.
Strong understanding of global medical device quality/regulatory environments.
A proven record of successfully driving/managing Solutions Portfolio strategy and roadmaps in major global medical device markets.
Data-driven decision-making and the ability to move teams through vague and complex situations.
Strong experience in Project/Program risk management/mitigation
Adept at conflict resolution.
Ability to work across multiple business domains, clusters and markets to drive, support and realize business goals.
Proven ability to facilitate cross-learning, knowledge flow, implement/evangelize best practices and sustain changes.
Strong ability to Coach/Mentor continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
