The Finance coach enables the accounting and business finance chapter capability building as well as self-aligning of the tasks. He/she coaches leaders and employees so they can fulfil their responsibilities and is accountable for delivery of desired outcomes. He/she sees the big picture, always seeks out new ways of working and drives the change. He/she demonstrates a critical entrepreneurial, customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering value to customers. He / She oversees/coordinates reporting events (monthly, quarterly annual etc) as well as acts as the local point of contact for external stakeholders (eg. Tax Authorities, Auditors etc.). Finance coach role models integrity, Values and Leadership commitments.

The coach drives automations and process simplifications together with the chapter members.
The coach enables new ways of working as well as the self-alignment of those chapters.
The coach enables automation and process alignment across the finance chapters.
The coach oversees and coordinates the financial reporting events (eg. month end, quarterly, annual closing events) to ensure self-alignment amongst the involved chapters.
The coach is the single point of contact for local authorities and auditors.
The coach coordinates external audits or reviews.
The coach is maintaining the contact with the Shared Service Centers
The coach serves as an independent function to ensure all financial segregation of duties, approvals and processes are followed.
The coach serves as a deputy for the center head with regard to approvals and sign-offs as required by ICFR.
Provides training for leaders and team members
Promotes strong collaboration and networking across various Squads and Centers
Connect ideas, people and initiatives across all Centers
Promotes feedback culture in the organization
University degree in Economics, Finance, Business or Accounting. ACCA, MBA preferred but not required
Several years of experience in Finance required (Accounting and Controlling preferred)
Desire and ability to work in an agile organization, embracing change and new more flexible ways of working together based on trust, where individual contributors are self-leading/motivating and - learning
Excellent understanding and knowledge of local accounting and tax legislation.
Strong organizational and communication skills, focus on result and strategic thinking

Team player - ability to prioritize, decide fast, solve problems and experiment
Strong leadership and proven record of coaching skills
