PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Channel Manager Industry 4.NOW SAP with SAP Teamcenter by Siemens leads channel development and enablement for SAP Industry 4.0 solutions with SAP Teamcenter by Siemens and defines the Partner Strategy and Business execution for the solution portfolio. He/she will drive the Industry 4.NOW SAP with SAP Teamcenter by Siemens adoption with select global strategic partners, while developing and supporting global partnership program to ensure that Partners successfully drive the SAP Industry 4.0 business growth.
Furthermore, he/she will implement an effective global governance model to ensure that partner capabilities and customer business drivers, align with the SAP Industry 4.0 solution portfolio. He/she has overall responsibility for creating, managing, and tracking the Global Partnership Program for each Strategic Partner including Go-To-Market Strategy and Assets, Demand Generation events to build pipeline, Partner Enablement, and Competency Build, and Revenue Targets for Co-Sell Revenue and Indirect Revenue.
He/she will work closely with the SAP Industry 4.0 Hub to align with SAP vision and approach and work with regional teams to orchestrate execution of the Global Partnership Program.
Responsible for the Global Channel Strategy and Global Partnership Program with select strategic global partners for Industry 4.0 solutions with SAP Teamcenter by Siemens.
Work closely with the SAP Industry 4.0 Hub, Solution and Product Teams, Regional Digital Supply Chain Channel Leads, Sales and Business Development Teams, to develop Partner Go to Market Plans.
Create the Global Partnership Program and Go to Market Plan, implement KPIs, establish a Monthly Tracking and Reporting Process, and perform monthly, quarterly and annual reviews, to measure and manage success.
Drive execution of the Global Partnership Program and Plan into the Regions with the Regional Partner Team and Regional Digital Supply Chain Sales organization.
Run Campaigns and Sales Plays with Partners to drive adoption and achieve pipeline and revenue targets of Industry 4.0 solutions and SAP Teamcenter by Siemens.
Drive Partner thought leadership, customer references, and success stories for Industry 4.0 solutions and SAP Teamcenter by Siemens.
Plan and orchestrate delivery of Partner Enablement for Industry 4.0 solutions and SAP Teamcenter by Siemens.
Work with Solution Management to understand solution releases and map to the Partner Enablement Plan.
Drive Partner-based thought leadership, customer references, and success stories for Industry 4.0 solutions and SAP Teamcenter by Siemens.
You will need:
5+ years of consulting and/or software sales responsibility.
Proven track record in project management and successful execution
Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions including Digital Products, Digital Manufacturing, Intelligent Asset Management, SAPís Product Lifecycle Management Suite of Software and/or Siemens Teamcenter
Experience in partner business and in the principles of solution selling through partners
Knowledge and understanding of partner dynamics
Technical understanding in SAP ERP, SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions, and SAP Leonardo Technologies, ideally from a Presales, Value Engineering, Solution/Product Management or Consulting Sales and Implementation background.
Experience in Value Management, Best Practices, Rapid-Deployment, or Industry Content creation.
Culturally-savvy with experience working across borders and collaborates easily with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds.
Team player capable of balancing short-term deliverables with strategic goals and objectives.
Project Management knowledge, behavior, and qualities.
Track record in planning, communicating, advising, challenging, and supporting strategic planning.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Business Degree, MBA Preferred.
Proven Track record in managing complex customer, partner, sales, or solution projects.
Experience in strategic planning, detailed planning, and execution.
Proven solution experience in SAP ERP, SAP Digital Supply Chain, SAP Leonardo solutions.
Comfortable in both leadership and team player roles.
Ability to understand and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders at SAP and Partner organizations.
