The marketing team have been pivotal to building this brand and huge customer base, and continue to be one of the highest performing and awarded teams in Australia.

With such a broad range of products making everyday lives easier, we have become an essential service for millions of Aussie and Kiwis. To support this, we are rapidly moving to become a membership business through products like Uber Pass, which make it even easier and more rewarding to move, eat or shop via Uber. We are at the beginning of this journey, but our ambitions are huge and we will grow our membership program rapidly locally and globally. We are looking for a strong marketer to help lead this membership program in Australia and New Zealand and help us achieve our vision.

How will I have an impact?

The ANZ Membership Marketing lead will partner with the APAC and Global Marketing Teams, and the local cross-functional teams, to shape the strategy and value proposition for membership, and then lead development & execution of the marketing programs to support this. The membership program is a very top priority for the local and global business, and there is significant scope to build and execute an impactful strategy.

What does a 'day in the life' look like?

  • Collaborate with membership and brand leads to shape our marketing strategy, building a strong plan to support our mission
  • Partner with local sales team and third parties to build and execute an exciting membership benefits program
  • Build world-class campaigns and executions across owned and paid channels, working with local agencies and global product marketing teams
  • Immerse in customer insights and data to elevate our offering, and ensure the customer voice is at the centre of our membership program
  • Develop and share a strong learnings program with global counterparts to help the evolution of our membership strategy locally and globally
