We are looking for a team member to work across the People organization helping to drive strategic talent initiatives, think innovatively and drive programs that will ultimately improve the company and the employee experience.
As a People S&P Manager, you will help lead strategic projects that build the company from the inside out. You are motivated to lead through challenges, get creative when faced with ambiguity, and can move quickly as a builder and do'er in a fast and growing environment.
What You'll Do
Consult with leaders across People & Places, Business Functions and Regions to identify key organizational initiatives and projects
Partner with People Analysts to define, build, and launch scalable solutions that are grounded in data
Lead projects from discovery and design through to completion - develop the project plan, lead all the meetings, and drive to results
Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate people programs and processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible (i.e., Org Design, talent strategies, Recruiting efficiencies, etc)
Communicate findings through artful storytelling - taking recommendations on critical initiatives and guiding Leaders to take action on those findings
What You'll Need
BA/BS/Masters in Business, HR, Economics, or other business operations focus (MBA a plus)
At least need 5-7 years of management consulting experience or at least need 5-7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role (high-growth or tech environments are a plus)
Detail orientation - your calendar can be crammed, but it's organized, manageable and you don't miss a beat
Presentation skills - you have the ability to tell a meaningful story with a few key slides
Strategic mindset - you're comfortable thinking one week, one month, or one year ahead of where the team is now
Self-starter attitude - you boldly pursue your work and love the responsibility of being personally empowered
Curiosity - you're innovative, creative, and constantly looking for opportunities to tweak and optimize
