This position will lead the Shanghai Disney Resort to establish and operate a new field of customer data platforms, and lay a key foundation for the marketing department to initiate data-driven comprehensive marketing.
This position is reported to the Director of the Consumer Insights, Measurement and Analysis Team under the Marketing Department
This position will establish and lead a multi-person professional team
Customer data products and platforms: Responsible for customer data platform vision, strategy, and development plan, and work closely with suppliers. Responsible for developing platform tools and connecting with other platforms, and supporting the global marketing activities of Shanghai Disney Resort.
Measurement, analysis, reporting, and modeling: analysis of marketing and advertising trends, consumers, activities, and data. Implement consumer intelligence solutions (models, metrics, business intelligence) to optimize spending and maximize business results.
Data governance and privacy: Responsible for data access rights and consumer privacy, ensuring compliance with Chinese laws and protecting consumer trust and brand safety. Manage business rules for various data layers (acquisition, integration, processing, optimization) to support various marketing activities.
Obtain a bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative fields, such as marketing, mathematics, engineering, economics, statistics, computer science, etc.
7 years or more of marketing technology, business intelligence, product, data governance, data analysis and insight experience
Familiar with tools such as business intelligence, visualization, statistics, predictive modeling, etc.
Good at turning data into executable advice
Good at working with different teams
Experience in leading a team with a certain size
Fluent in Chinese and English
Good at working under high pressure and uncertainty
Master's degree or above
10 years or more of marketing technology, business intelligence, product, data governance, data analysis and insight experience
Excellent oral English communication and expression skills
Related industry experience: travel, e-commerce, marketing technology, etc. have relevant experience in data governance, privacy, digital analysis, media analysis, market analysis, product management, artificial intelligence / machine learning, etc.
