We are looking for a talented Product Manager to excel Stubhub’s communication to users -- to efficiently and intelligently author the right message to the right customer through any channel in order to develop deep personal relationships that drive engagement and impact at scale. This role requires a deep understanding of communications ecosystem, driving the capabilities Marketing and Product need to reach our customers via communications. This includes enabling new channels, surfaces rich and flexible personalization; content experimentation; and intelligence and insights, to name a few.
This position is based in StubHub’s Shanghai, China development center of excellence, and you will be co-located with a team of software engineers, designers, and project managers in Shanghai that are dedicated to delivering the global delivery & fulfillment roadmap that you own.
Day-to-day responsibilities include: ideating new product features to achieve business (and outcome) driven results, driving scrum team(s) to execute your roadmap, partnering and coordinating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Partnerships, Business teams) to organize new product/feature launches, analyzing the performance of our experiences and leveraging data/insights for optimizing the product experience. You will report directly to the head of the China Development Center and will be a member of StubHub’s global Product team. You will be responsible for driving one of the most visible, fan impacting, and highest priority initiatives for StubHub’s fans and business globally.

What we're looking for:
Account for, and own, the business and product Key Performance Indicators for Communication effectiveness, and be responsible for implementing tracking capabilities to monitor the performance of your products and features launched in on-going basis
Specify, prioritize, and communicate high level and detailed product specifications through user stories, business rules and flows, and user experience generated deliverables such as wireframes/design/prototypes and copy documents
Define granular product requirements in an Agile manner (user stories), and partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, and QE to drive sprint planning, story prioritization, product backlog grooming and roadmap creation
Conduct frequent product demos with key regional stakeholders
Develop Go-to-Market strategies alongside Product and Marketing teams to launch new products and services.
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product decisions and bring the voice of the customer into the process
Build communication documents to drive decisions, achieve goals and create shared understandings amongst other groups inside the organization
Utilize market insights, and data from multiple sources to inform strategic product, design and technical decisions. Partner closely with Product Analytics team for data insights and action plans
Ability to manage multiple complex projects across cross-functional, distributed teams and multiple client groups
Work with development engineering in assessing and choosing third-party technology solutions to meet business case and time-to-market requirements
Monitor industry innovations in conjunction with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities
Originate, collect, and synthesize product ideas from customers and cross-functional peers
Role Requirements - The Basics:
Minimum of 3 years of Software Product Management experience with exposure to international products
BS Degree; MBA/MS a plus
Must be effective at problem solving, decision making and execution navigating ambiguity and brokering tradeoffs
Experience setting product vision, roadmapping, goal setting, user story writing, managing project execution, A/B testing, working closely with UI/UX, and defining product roll-out strategy
Experience with internet/eCommerce/Communication platforms, preferably both on mobile and desktop
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate and present everything from early concepts to full product launch plans to your team, as well as to external and executive audiences
Empathy for our customers (both internal and external) and desire to understand their needs, wants and concerns
Data-oriented with experience to make data informed decisions
Experience with international scalability, expansion and experiences a plus
English fluency required
Mandarin Chinese proficiency highly desirable
Knowledge about the entertainment, concert, sports or ticketing industry in general is a plus
Spanish proficiency a plus
