* Proven success in outsourced B2B environments
* Experience leading business transformation and building profitable client relationships
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and commercial acumen
* Ability to work across cultures and drive innovation
* Passion for delivering measurable results and service excellence
* Fluent in English and French
