Do not let claims like "1 Step Buttonholer" idiot you. I've had a 1 step button gap maker on a few machines and, I truly desire to make buttonholes "manually". These computerized buttonholers should not as nice as they sound. In the event that they get caught or mess up, what a horrible job it's making an attempt to tear out these stitches! All you really want to make a terrific button gap is a straight sew, a zig zag sew, ahead and reverse, and a sew size and width adjustment.
