The Vision of JJMT International Recruitment & Development Program (IRDP) is to nourish young talents to become Global Enterprise Leaders, with the mid- to-long term goal of developing IRDP to Business or Function Leaders against China business strategy.
About the MedTech Pre-MBA Open Day
This open day presents a unique opportunity to engage with our senior leaders and global alumni. Here's what you can look forward to:
- IRDP 360° Deep Dive: Sessions covering J&J China overview, IRDP project portfolios and full recruitment timelines, plus introductions to IRDP structure and career pathways, highlighting how IRDP opportunities fast-track career growth and boost job market competitiveness to help candidates align with long-term goals.- Leaders Connect: Pre-submitted questions will be collected for a senior leader fireside chat sharing insights and first-hand experiences, followed by speed networking with J&J IRDP alumni and industry professionals to attract eligible candidates for our internship opportunities.
Targeting Students:
- Full-time MBA Students graduating in 2028
- Availability for a 12-week internship from June to September 2027 (must be authorized to work legally in Greater China)
