Reporting to the CEO, the CMO will lead global marketing and communications initiatives for BNI. This Role Entails the Following:
• Thinking globally to originate and execute an effective marketing & communications strategy that drives measurable impact and ROI
• The successful candidate will combine process, technology, and a sales mindset to driver results
• Highlighting BNI’s remarkable points of differentiation, crafting inbound marketing strategies, pinpointing relevant messaging strategies, identifying tactics/services to achieve objectives
• Leading the growing marketing & communications team and external vendors to effectively execute on key initiatives while deploying a brand that connects with its customers
• Analyzing program performance and implementing modifications as necessary
• Strategically optimizing pricing to drive membership engagement and service enhancement
• Upgrading brand positioning, and existing communications systems within the organization
• Leveraging data, analytics, technology and a clear strategy to increase brand awareness, boost visitor conversion & improve member retention
• Collaborating across departments to drive innovation and take BNI to the next level
• Overseeing, integrating, enhancing, and simplifying all marketing-related technology platforms
• Leading the events department to ensure our events worldwide efficiently drive energy and growth

Job Requirements (please only apply if you strictly meet the criteria below):
• At least 10 years of global marketing experience
• Experience driving impactful inbound and content marketing programs
• Experience leveraging technology to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
• A strong leader with experience working across various departments and industries
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Four-year degree with a 3.0 GPA or better
• Strong references, clean background, customer service orientation, and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of professional confidence (…and humility)
• Used to working in a fast-paced, fun, and collegial environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time

Preferred but not required:
• MBA from a top business school strongly preferred
• Familiarity with BNI and/or current or prior membership in BNI
• Familiarity with franchising
• Familiarity with marketing systems
