The
Hospital Medical Devices Supply Chain Group is a member of the Johnson &

supporting the Global Surgery Supply Chain Home Office for the Ethicon and CSS
Organizations. This role can sit in Somerville NJ, Cincinnati OH, Cornelia GA, San
Angelo, TX or Juarez Mexico.

The Senior
Financial Analyst will be partnering with the Finance Manager of Home Office to
provide financial leadership to the greater Global Surgery Supply Chain teams.

The Home
Office SFA position is a critical and high visibility role with significant
opportunities to present to management, drive process improvements and
standardization across the Ethicon and CSS organizations. The role requires a
high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to perform complex
analysis under tight deadlines and with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

He / she will lead the Financial Scorecard and
Headcount processes for total Ethicon and CSS, partnering with key
stakeholders across the manufacturing sites, PMO & FP&A to ensure
the accurate and timely reporting of key metrics.The individual will assume responsibility of the
Headcount process improvement project to help drive simplification,
standardization and improve overall results.He / she will provide financial leadership to
various Home Office budgets, including VP of Ops, Ethicon Facilities and
Manufacturing Engineering. The individual will partner with functional
business partners to develop short and long-term forecast projections and
deliver financial commitments on a monthly and quarterly basis.The individual will partner closely with
Corporate CIA, PWC and manufacturing sites to ensure the compliant execution
of the Ethicon Quarterly CIP Monitoring Process (SOX).He / she will have the potential opportunity to
lead/support future Home Office initiatives in a highly evolving
environment, including but not limited to Comp Planning, Capital,
Facilities, Overhead, Allocations, etc.
QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required,
preferably with a major in Finance or AccountingCPA, CMA, MBA is preferredA minimum of three (3) years of professional
finance and/or accounting experience is requiredMust have strong financial analysis and systems
skills (Excel, PowerPoint, General Ledger), and the ability to pick up new
systems quicklyExperiences with international companies with a
large matrix structure is preferredMedical Device industry experience is preferredPrior Supply Chain & Cost Accounting
experience is preferredProficiency with SAP, TM1 and JDE is preferredMust have fluency in the English language at a
business professional level (for example: speaking, writing and reading at
a business professional level)Must possess the ability to partner with people
at all levels of the organization and have strong communication,
interpersonal and influencing skillsThe ability to maintain and improve consistent
and sound business processes in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment is
requiredPosition may require up to 10% travel (domestic
and international)
