Your role:

As Digital Sales Specialist, you will join our upbeat, vibrant Benelux team of 6 Sales Specialists. Your focus will be to engage with scientists, purchasers and other stake-holders to identify and manage commercial leads and opportunities. You will promote the value of our technical products, combined with your scientific knowledge to help our customers meet their goals as well as improve our business objectives. You will have a diverse set of responsibilities including researching and scouting the scientific landscape in the Benelux to identify commercial opportunities. You will be connecting, meeting and collaborating with customers on different levels, from end users to decision-makers. You will grow our commercial footprint at new and existing customers and work closely with our Sales Specialists to provide the best customer experience. You will also engage with our Marcom team to set up and roll-out commercial campaigns and work with our Service teams to maximise the delivery of the technology solutions. You will also have a chance to attend scientific and commercial trainings to keep yourself up to date.

Who you are:

* Educated to a degree level in a scientific field.

* Have a strong curiosity about sales (no prior commercial experience is required, however it is considered a plus).

* You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy connecting with people.

* You are not afraid of using digital tools (Office, Outlook and Social Media).

* You love to work with different teams and are comfortable of communicating within all levels in the organisation.

* Have a good business sense and are able to interpret sales data.

* Proficient in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
